Tandoori Chicken with Tzatziki Dip | By Grub Garden

2 diced chicken thighs

1 tsp – garlic, garm masala, mustard seeds and coriander seeds

200ml natural yogurt

1/4 cucumber

black and white sesame seeds

handful of picked mint

Method:

1) Take all your spices and bash in a pestle and mortar to release all their aromas

2) Add 100ml natural yogurt and mix together, add seasoning if you would like

3) Coat over the chicken and leave to marinade for a few minutes (or 24 hours if you have the time)

4) Get your non stick pan hot and place the chicken in a little oil to stop it from sticking. Keep checking for a char grill colour on the chicken and make sure it doesn’t burn, to check if cooked cut into a piece and if white its ready to serve

5) for your dip take your cucumber and grate it, squeeze out any water. Add the rest of the natural yogurt, chopped mint and sesame seeds and your ready to eat!
